The number of months of FREE access to this software that you’ll have, depends on the kit that you select to be part of. It can range from 1 to 6 months.

After this period of free access, you can choose to subscribe and continue using the software, or you may cancel your account by emailing our friendly support team. 

After you purchase a kit, you’ll be given a username and password so that you can access the course’s video lessons from our members only area.

If you purchase a kit before October 27th, 2023 we might still be in the process of loading all the content to our website so please be patient with us as we’ll have everything ready as soon as possible.

If your kit includes Marketing Tips, you’ll be asked to subscribe to an email list. Please register with your preferred email address and we’ll send you a monthly guide to your email that will be filled with tips, strategies and insights that you can implement to boost your online leads and sales.

Before enrollment: you can ask any questions that you might have related to what we offer. Our friendly support team is always there to guide and help you make the right purchase for you and/or your business. This communication can be through email and/or via chat.

After enrollment and purchase: you may ask any course-related questions, any queries about OVA VR, your account and billing/payment (all done via email). Our team will be there to support you along the way.

Please note: if your kit includes further assistance (like building things for you, having marketing coaching sessions, etc), then you will be entitled to asking our support team for help getting those scheduled. If your kit does not include those extra services, then our support team won’t be able to provide assistance in those areas.

The Marketing Coaching sessions are only included in the Premium Kit.

The goal of these sessions is to evaluate your current digital marketing plan (if you have one) and help you optimize it.

We’ll let you know the best strategies that you can implement in your business to increase your traffic (visits to your website), leads and sales.

We’ll give you a written report after all the sessions that will have a summary of the tips and strategies that were discussed during the coaching session so you can have it at hand whenever you need to revisit it.

Each session will last for up to 1 hour and it will be done via a video-conference app at a date and time of your preference (during our business hours). You’ll be coached by a Digital Marketing Certified Professional.

This coaching session is different from the marketing tips as this is a personalized session, tailored according to your business, budget and other resources (time, people on your team, etc).

The video can be a presentation of your business, a self-presentation of yourself or to showcase any real estate property.

• It will have a maximum length time of 1 minute.
• You’ll have to provide the photos or images that you want to include inside the video
• You’ll have to write the words that you want the audio of the video to have. Alternatively, you can record yourself and provide the audio files that we can include in the video.

A flip-book catalogue is an online catalogue that showcases your services and properties.

You’ll have to provide the photos and text that you’ll like to feature inside your catalogue and we’ll design a special flip-book catalogue for you. This flip-book can be inserted/embedded into your website (we’ll install it for you).

Here’s an example of a Flip-book that we created in Spanish (don’t worry yours will be in English and it will feature your properties, services and/or products):

The website includes the following items:

• Design based on a template: we’ve pre-designed some styles/designs for your website so that it’s up and running in the shortest amount of time possible. We’ll show you 3 designs from which to choose from but you’ll be able personalize it to your style (colors, logo, text, images, videos, etc).
• Responsive design: this means that regardless of the electronic device (pc, laptop, tablet or mobible phone) that people use to visit your website, it will always look great.
• WordPress based: your site will use WordPress which is easy for you to learn how to edit the pages and blog posts (we’ll teach you in a training session).
• A Contact form: so that people can contact you by filling out this form.
• WhatsApp chat button: so that people can reach you straight to your WhatsApp number.
• Analytics tool: we’ll install an analytic tool that will let you see how much traffic (visits) your website is getting, which pages do people visit the most, your traffic sources, etcetera. No monthly fee is required to access this tool if you choose to use the free version of it.
• Backup tool: we’ll install an automatic backup tool that will let you keep a copy of your entire website just in case something happens. No monthly fee is required to access this tool if you choose to use the free version of it.
• Social media icons: that will redirect visitors to your social media accounts
• 1 Language: your site will be in English
• 2 Review sessions: (done via Zoom) where you can request us to make minor changes/edits in your website. After both sessions you’ll site will be considered as finished and we’ll teach you how to edit it yourself so that you’re able to make changes in future occasions. If you’d like us to edit it in the future for you (if you don’t have time to do it yourself), you can get one of our maintenance plans and we’ll gladly help you out.
• Assistance: when you purchase your domain name and hosting plan (if you’d like someone to help you out). You’ll need a credit or debit card for this.

It does NOT include:

• The domain name of your site (www.yoursite.com) as the person who purchases the domain is the owner of the website name, so it makes sense that you purchase it yourself so that it’s your property. We’ll recommend 2 places where you can buy it. Usually a domain costs between $10-$30 per year, but depending on the plan you can get it for free for the first year.
• The hosting of your website: this is where your files will be stored online so that the website can function properly. We don’t provide it as we want you to be 100% independent. We’ll recommend 2 places where you can buy this service.

Once we are done building your website, we’ll have 1 training session via a video-conference app where we’ll show you how to edit (make changes) to your particular website.

The training session will last up to 1 hour.

 OPTIONAL > You may opt for the Plus Kit or the Premium Kit afterwards which will give you access to detailed video training on how to edit and maintain a website.

That’s great! Then you can opt for the Plus Kit or the Premium Kit that will provide you with the digital marketing knowledge, some tools, strategies and tips to help you increase your website visitors, leads and sales.

We aim to provide great content inside our courses but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you’ll have up to 3 business days to request a refund if you have not watched more than 15% of the course’s videos (this in the case of the Basic Kit and the Plus Kit). In the case of the Premium Kit,  if you have not watched more than 15% of the content and if you have not had your first coaching session.

Please bear in mind that you won’t receive the full amount, a small deduction will be subtracted from the total amount as this is the processing fee that the payment gateway charges to send funds.

Note – we do not refund via PayPal, Venmo and/or Zelle. You’ll need to open an account with Pagadito – our payment gateway processor – to be able to receive the refund.
