If you’d like to cancel your subscription, just email us with 15 days before the renewal date so that we can unsubscribe you.

Yes, you can download the videos. The time to render and download them will depend on your internet connection. It may vary between a few minutes or more than an hour.
Remember to read our Terms & Conditions as there are some kinds of content that you’ll not be able to upload to the software. For example: violent images, media that promotes illegal activities, etc.
Yes! You’ll be able to add a YouTube video link and the software can add the text for each scene on the same language of the video, or it can translate it to one of the languages available inside the software.
